Milk collaborate with Artifact for you propose this capsule collection of caps 5-panels unique. In effect, the caps are manufactured with of materials upcycled d'a of more big brands "outdoor" of moment. Each cap is unique and is assembly in Europe, at Portugal, in l'a of best factories of cap.

ARTIFACT:

Created in 2020, Artefact has established itself as a benchmark brand, dedicated to the valorization of technical materials to design excellent quality outdoor bags and accessories. These items are made from unused or recycled materials, such as hot air balloon fabrics, kite wings and industrial tarpaulins, thus offering an eco-friendly option compared to conventional products. Artefact is dedicated to reducing the carbon impact of its products by up to 90% compared to traditional outdoor products, while preventing approximately 108,000 kilos of CO₂ for the year 2023. The brand also partners with ESAT to promote inclusive and supportive employment, thus contributing to a production model with a human face.

RETURN

In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 15 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except, where applicable, return costs. If the order confirmation has not been issued, the withdrawal period is extended to three months from the date of receipt of the products by the customer. If in the meantime the order confirmation is issued, the deadline is again extended to seven days from the date of said confirmation. Return of items can only be accepted for complete products (instructions, accessories, etc.) in their original packaging accompanied by the original invoice. An exchange, a credit note or a refund will be made as soon as possible within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the package.No recordable product return such as CD, DVD, etc ... will be accepted if it is not sealed in its original packaging. The costs incurred for the return of articles are exclusively the responsibility of the customer. Any non-compliant return cannot be processed and the return costs will be at your expense. Return conditions -The Customer returning a product bears the risks of transport and must send it within 14 days of contacting us under conditions similar to the initial shipment made by Milk. If the non-conformity of the product is our responsibility, we will reimburse you for the return costs up to the maximum limit of the initial shipping costs of the product concerned. - An exchange, a credit note or a refund at the Customer's choice will be made as soon as possible within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after receipt of the package and verification of its content and the reason for the return. No product returns will be accepted : If the products are damaged and / or unsuitable for resale by the customer. If the products are not in perfect condition and complete (instructions, accessories, etc.). If the products are not in their original packaging accompanied by the original invoice. If the recordable products such as CD, DVD, etc… are not sealed in their original packaging. If the products were on sale or on promotion. The costs incurred for the return of items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
