In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 15 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except, where applicable, return costs. If the order confirmation has not been issued, the withdrawal period is extended to three months from the date of receipt of the products by the customer.
