Founded in 2020 by Mel Ramirez and Kava Vasquez to highlight the vibrant women's scene at River Avenue Skate Park, the local Bronx Girls Skate initiative continues to create new venues across the city. In their first collaboration with Nike SB, the Bronx Girls Skate Dunk Low takes on the signature hues of New York's public transportation, paying homage to Uptown and Boogie Down.
